St Dominick Post Office and Village Stores is a small family run business set in the Western side of the magnificent Tamar Valley, an area of outstanding natural beauty, located in East Cornwall.

"When the Cornish Arms was demolished in 1902, the current Post Office was built on the site, together with a dwelling house. A manual telephone exchange was installed in the Post Office in 1926, only made possible after a minimum of eight subscribers could be guaranteed and the very first telephone in the village was installed at the Post Office." A Stitch in Time by Natalie Allen

Regrettably St Dominick Post Office and Village Stores intends to cease trading as soon as possible.

However, the shop will continue to operate on the reduced hours of 9:00 am until 11:00 am from Thursday 10th October 2019 for papers and other essential items.  We will not be opening Sundays.  We will endeavour to keep the shop open until the new community shop is up and running.

With appreciation,

Alan and Nina
